This e-learning programme is designed as a refresher course for existing and new CMSRL wishing to keep themselves up-to-date with the Malaysian capital market environment, regulatory framework, products and services, intermediaries, risks, derivatives and Islamic market. This programme consists of 2 modules enriched with interactive elements such as videos, quizzes and knowledge checks to ensure an engaging learning experience and enhanced learning.

Upon completion of this programme, participants will be able to:

•determine the relevant capital market products and services serving specific objectives considering any associated risks

•describe the regulatory landscape of the Malaysian Capital Market and the roles and functions of the relevant regulatory bodies related to capital market activities

•distinguish the capital market activities that are allowed and restricted, including its limitations
